As an early adopter of emerging tech, I joined a select group of leaders in an enterprise-wide AI Opportunity Assessment. Our focus was shaping AI corporate policy and exploring AI integration across operations, production, services, and products to drive innovation and position the company as a technology leader.

Strategic Approach

  • Form dynamic cross-functional teams of 5-6 SME professionals to foster collaboration and drive innovation.

  • Offer teams four intensive 8-hour offsite brainstorming workshops for focused engagement.

  • Teams were then asked to carefully compile and present their detailed findings to the C-Suite executives.
